Armani Code Absolu
$10.00 USD
Armani Code Absolu Eau de Parfum is a highly celebrated, officially discontinued amber spicy fragrance for men launched by the house of Giorgio Armani in 2019. Created by master perfumer Antoine Maisondieu, it is widely regarded as one of the standout "S-tier" date night releases from the designer realm over the last decade. However, because Armani overhauled their entire Code line packaging and lineup, Absolu was unfortunately phased out, making remaining full bottles highly sought after on the secondary market.
The Scent Profile
The fragrance is characterized by a "fizzy," creamy, and ultra-smooth sweetness with a dark, sophisticated backbone:
- Top Notes: Green Mandarin, Crisp Green Apple
- Heart Notes: Sensual Rum Accord, Orange Blossom, Nutmeg, Carrot Seeds
- Base Notes: Sweet Vanilla, Rich Tonka Bean, Suede, Woody Notes
It opens with a brief fruity brightness from the apple and mandarin before shifting into an opulent, warming heart of rum and spices. The true magic of Absolu lies in its heavy dry-down, where a massive dose of vanilla, tonka bean, and smooth suede delivers an incredibly cozy, addictive trail.
Performance & When to Wear
- Longevity: Exceptional. It easily lasts 8 to 12 hours on the skin due to its high concentration of essential oils and dense base materials.
- Projection: Moderate to heavy. It projects beautifully without being harsh or sharp, though it is potent enough that it should be applied sparingly in confined spaces.
- Season & Occasion: It is tailor-made for autumn, winter, evening wear, and close-encounter date nights.
